What do you like best about Spot AI?

Spot AI has many helpful smart AI features, such as the counting of people and/or cars in a certain area, the ability to make cases and attach videos to the cases, the ability to follow a specific individual through multiple cameras, and so much more.

They consistantly listen to feedback, add new features, and provide training for these features, such as comparative dashboards to compare AI data from one location to another.

Spot AI is also easy to set up, easy to use, and easily intergrates into your business. Even if you have an older DVR, you can connect that to your Spot AI appliance in order to access the footage online.

As an IT Tech, I use the cameras frequently, and reach out to customer support a lot. They are always readily avalible to help and always come up with solutions to fix the issues in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about Spot AI?

Spot AI can be a bit expensive, but a lot of the features make up for this.

Would be nice to have a built in DHCP router in the Spot Appliance itself.

Turret & Dome Cameras can be hard to adjust the angle on when setting up.

What problems is Spot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spot AI helps our business stay secure by keeping a constant video surveillance presence on site.

Spot AI also helps our business by helping us keep track of employees, helps us make sure the employees are working and not hanging out in the office, and even helps us keep track of volume of cars going through our wash and keep track of volume of customers in our stores.

They now also help us with operations by showing us comparative dashboards that allow us to see the difference between locations with AI Agents, such as comparing employee presence when customers first pull up.

What do you like best about Spot AI?

Spot A.I. tracks and saves numerous data points that help the overall operation of our business. Utilizing multi-platform layouts it has never been as easy to access the information to share with the team on a daily hourly basis. The software also hosts video feeds for easy sharing where file size causes issues and makes it difficult to do business at times. The customer support team has also been very efficient utilizing meetings and emails to adapt to our business needs and take feedback at every turn.

What do you dislike about Spot AI?

There are some very small details that have been brought to the teams attention like a pinch to zoom function on the mobile camera application that would come in handy. The support team has acknowledged this and have plans to implement in the near future.

What problems is Spot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our business has a kiosk station that should always have a customer service attendant present to help customers through their selections and have a friendly inviting interaction. Spot AI can track the presence of people or lack thereof, and it puts all of the data into an easy to understand chart that can be quickly accessed and shared with the team at any given time to re-direct their focus and increase the customer experience. This description is only a small window of what spot AI provides, the possibilities of other uses are coming up daily, providing great alert systems and security to run a safe healthy business.

What do you like best about Spot AI?

Spot AI is great. We can have access to all of our locations from one platform and see them all at once or each location separately. We love that they can record audio and video which is a requirement in most of the states we operate in. It's easy to setup and to use.

What do you dislike about Spot AI?

It takes a while to download video to save for cases and regularly times out.

What problems is Spot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

When having issues with downloading files they have been very helpful. Their support is always there as well when implementing a new location if needed, but it goes so smoothly that you don't always need customer support.

What do you like best about Spot AI?

SpotAI allows me to have a centralized view of all our properties. Easy to use platform and intuitive features. Customer service is always quick and easy to access. Logan, Eliza and team have been a strong reason we continue to add SpotAI to all new acquisitions.

What do you dislike about Spot AI?

In our use case, set up was quite involved and required unforseen cabling.

What problems is Spot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralizing security cameras across entire 5 state portfolio. Allowing remote viewing for added security and accessibility for staff at off hours.

literal labor savings as staff no longer needs to do a physical check on our amenity spaces and does so remotely. Incident reporting support is above and beyond when using application

What do you like best about Spot AI?

-Quality and clarity of cameras.

-User-friendly.

-Accessibility.

What do you dislike about Spot AI?

We are a new installation so we're likely still tweaking the system. We are waiting for the system to stabilize, we seem to have an issue with one of our IVRs. When the system is stable, will will setup time for training on the system.

What problems is Spot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Still early, but we can see how it:

-offers more cameras to reduce blind-spots in our coverage.

-promises to provide features we could use like facial recognition, etc.

-will improve the security of our school campus.
