What do you like best about Mobotix?

Its dashboard is really simple to use and has good interface. It can be implemented easily for any kind of security purpose. It has integration of AI which makes object detection more accurate which is really helpful. We frequently use it for our project sites to make management of camera as it makes it easier to control them. It also provides encryption to the footage to makes it more secure.

What do you dislike about Mobotix?

It is best monitoring solution but changing camera configuration is hard and the customer support took quite some time to help us in resolving that issue other than that is is good solution for surveillance.

What problems is Mobotix solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us to track actions and helps us to resolve security issues. It alerts and notification are really good helps us to take decision on time which increases productivity. Also the video accessibility is good with sync to dashboard data.

What do you like best about Mobotix?

It easy to use centrailzed system to for surveillance also it is simple to configure and can be easily implemented. It alos support cloud camera options also its user interface is better than its compeititors. It also has AI integrated which helps in search and object detection which is really accurate and helpful.

What do you dislike about Mobotix?

The only dislike is that sometimes adding new camera feature does not work and subscription cost is on little higher side other than that there are no issues.

What problems is Mobotix solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us to manage all the survilliance and we can easily switch between cameras and focus on any detail in video easily. It dashboard is really good and provide all the necessary updates. It OCR is really good and we use that data to train our ML models which helps make our product better and increase overall productivity.

What do you like best about Mobotix?

It has thermal detection feature implemented which is helpful to avoid false alarm also it is easy to operate. It is helpful in detecting hazard early to avoid them. Mobotix Hub implementation make video management simple. I also frequently use its video analysis feature to create reports.

What do you dislike about Mobotix?

Its integration is quite complex and customer support helped us in resolving that other than that there is nothing to dislike.

What problems is Mobotix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are primarily using it for surveillance and monitoring for our project sites to avoid hazards with its thermal detection feature and also using it analysis feature to detect patterns and create reports which increases productivity.

What do you like best about Mobotix?

The platform enables most of the users to see the image, read license plates, and observe people's faces clearly without any strain. The platform is great as it supports communication protocols such as sip and HTTP and also it has competent cameras for performing advanced functions. The management platform facilitates simultaneous configuration and updates for all cameras, centralizes monitoring views for optimal oversight, and ensures simple reproduction processes.

What do you dislike about Mobotix?

The software is awesome but what is annoying is the high cost of it as it is not budget-friendly to most of the users and also it lacks the user's installation and configuration processes which renders it challenging for users.

What problems is Mobotix solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software is great as it enhances security across all bank branches through centralized monitoring, resulting in risk mitigation. The platform helps in solving video surveillance and it helps in high-resolution imaging which is great. The platform is also of help to most of the users as it is easy to install and suits specific security requirement of most of the customers

What do you like best about Mobotix?

Nothing, I am sorry I ever invested in their equipment.

What do you dislike about Mobotix?

The device they sold me was way overpriced, and their excuse was that it will last for 10 years while Chinese products break quickly. Well, it has been 4 years and already I have one device broken, "out of warranty" the factory says, and the reccomendation from the dealer was to get a new one... Yhea sure, I will invest again in faulty equipment with false guarantees...

In addition, their app is just a joke, works slow and keeps breaking every time you use a different phone.

I would never buy their products again.

Their device broke too quickly,so problems were not solved.
