What do you like best about Microsoft Fabric?

Azure Fabric merges data engineering and analytics in one platform, such as Azure Synapse, Power BI, SQL Server. OneLake centralizes data management, real time analytics and AI powered insights where workflow and collaboration are improved and data processing and decision making are expedited. With such an easy implementation and use, Microsoft Fabric excels in giving teams the ability to bring data engineering and analytics together. With its straightforward design, real time analytics, and it’s AI powered features, it makes things easier, making a workflow simple and real time analytics, it makes matters quicker and help you faster, where you can concentrate on the larger scale rather than just on a particular matter at hand, and this can be done thanks to centralized management of data under OneLake. I use it frequently.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Fabric?

While very powerful, Microsoft Fabric can be too much (in complexity and cost) for smaller teams. Finally, some workflows have limited customization options and the learning curve can be steep for beginners. On integration with other Microsoft services its full potential largely depends, which may not be appropriate for all users. Improving Customer support is required.

What problems is Microsoft Fabric solving and how is that benefiting you?

That’s where Microsoft Fabric addresses the challenge of managing complex data workflows: with its Medallion architecture, Microsoft Fabric simplifies data engineering. This allows us to easily integrate and process data so that we could create live dashboards delivering action content, real time and actionable insights to the CXO to be used for daily reporting, making better decisions and increasing the operational efficiency of the whole organization.

What do you like best about Microsoft Fabric?

Microsoft Fabric is a centralized data platform that integrates various data analytics services and data science solutions. Fabric provides Azure Synapse Analytics solutions for data warehouse, lakehouse, ETL services, and Power BI within one platform. It simplifies the design and deployment of data pipelines and integrates seamlessly with Azure data services. It is easy-to-use cloud-based and provides a collaborative workspace among data teams and stakeholders.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Fabric?

Microsoft Fabric pricing concepts are a bit complex. Solutions deployment within Microsoft Fabric is challenging for new users as they need to learn about tenants, capacities, and workspaces across Azure and Power BI platforms.

What problems is Microsoft Fabric solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Fabric streamlines our data pipeline design and analytical solutions deployment. The platform helps my team to collaborate on complex data analytics/science projects that include large datasets from various data sources and might require machine learning tasks or AI services. Fabric provides us with the tools needed for data extraction, transformation, reporting, and visualization to build end-to-end analytical solutions within a unified environment. And helps my company provide better service to our customers.

What do you like best about Microsoft Fabric?

The best thing of Microsoft Fabric is that, we can add large sets of data into it and can get the report, summary of it very accurately and quickly! It is kind of Excel + Copilot, so you can ask it for type of report of your choice too!

Amazing product for Statistics students and business activities.

It is very beginner friendly and easy to use! You can get summary having colorful graphs as well using AI!

What do you dislike about Microsoft Fabric?

I don't find any downsides of this particular product! One thing I can add here is, initially the size of text is a bit small, but it can be increased, copied and adjusted as per our need.

What problems is Microsoft Fabric solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is providing Summary of the Reports, be it any financial annual report or any other report, you can simply fill the tables, and can get various type of colorful visuals along with written summary! How awesome it is, when we have to prepare a report in last few hours, we just enter the raw data tables, and get a full report within just a few seconds!! and that too accurate enough!, We can also customize it and ask copilot to make it as per our specified need too!

What do you like best about Microsoft Fabric?

Ability to create and maintain a single pipeline and subscription, rather than having multiple processs crashing everyday due to poor management.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Fabric?

More detailed tutorials required to navigate through different resources.

What problems is Microsoft Fabric solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helped ingestion, transformation and visualization of data in a single interface rather than working with them individually. Helped trust data more due to easy data governance and security.

What do you like best about Microsoft Fabric?

Basically Microsoft Fabric is based on Fluent UI and it provides consistent design language across microsoft ecosystem. I like the user interface like the navigation, interaction with different microsoft applications.

It is open source based hence the use of this tool makes easier for the end users.

It also has lots of customizations and theming engine involved in it.

When implementing for a new project this tool make the user with no code and low code methodology.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Fabric?

This is one of the best tool and i dont have any downside in the Microsoft Fabric

This tool helps me to understand between the cross platfrom functionality and allows me to built for various operating systems. This ensures the end users to have a consistent experience regards of the device of the platform they are using.
