What do you like best about Datature?

It made the process of getting started with ML extremely easy from annotating images to choosing a model to train with. The best part of Datature to me is that they have youtube tutorials making the learning process that much easier.

What do you dislike about Datature?

One of the annotation tools didn't have clear instructions on how to commit the annotation. But when I mentioned this issue within the slack channel someone was there to help me within a few hours.

What problems is Datature solving and how is that benefiting you?

As someon with no ML experience, Datature has helped simplify the process and does a great job of communicating whether its through detailed Youtube videos or 30 minute chats with an engineer.

What do you like best about Datature?

Datature platform is a very completed, begin with tools for Annotation until the deployment of the Results graphically. Datature is very friendly, intuitive, ease implementation and there are a lot of algoritm for machine learning updated; Their worker are very nice and they answer very quickly, they are helpfully a lot.

What do you dislike about Datature?

The plan free is very limited for experience all the functions over the Datature´s platform. Also I am PhD student at Simón Bolívar University and there is not plan for that.

What problems is Datature solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am PhD student at Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas, Venezuela. I am developing my thesis about the creation a Dataset of some areas of the city of Caracas, to identify anomalies or obstacles at urban roads, as aimed to people with visual disabilities. I am using Datature as the tools for load image of Caracas´city, for annotation, training and deployment

I would benefit from my thesis project and my graduation.

On the other hand, Datature will be able to be used for similar others cities in Venezuela.

What do you like best about Datature?

The team is very helpful and efficient. It is easy to understand the platform interface, and there lots of tools to improve experience and decrease working duration. It is also easy to export models, and test them using provided scripts and documentation.

What do you dislike about Datature?

Although it is easy to get trainings exported, you are limited by the computing minutes. Because of this, you may waste valuable allowance on failed experiments. Regardless, this is a hard issue to avoid and understandable and can be expected.

What problems is Datature solving and how is that benefiting you?

Datature is allowing us to create personalized models, while hosting large amounts of data for labeling and testing. This is benefiting to us as we are able to costumize our models to our own needs/requirements, which reduces excessive post-processing alterations that may be required for some more general applications. The help from the team also guides along the right track, and suggests better approaches to our issues.

What do you like best about Datature?

Datature's platform is super easy to use, making it great for beginners who aren't experts in deep learning. It has tons of features to choose from, and its data tools are super efficient, which is perfect if you don't have a lot of data. I love how it's so straightforward and practical. Plus, it's great for teamwork because you can collaborate online with your team.

What do you dislike about Datature?

Training minutes are limited on the Free plan so there’s not a lot of room for experimentation, but otherwise it’s more than enough to quickly get started with a working model!

What problems is Datature solving and how is that benefiting you?

Datature made it easy to annotate my cell images and create a model to extract important cell predictor markers for my project. It saved me a lot of time by automatically processing over a thousand images in less than a day, which would have taken a long time to do manually. I also discovered valuable cell features that can help improve our cell culture process.

What do you like best about Datature?

Datature provides toolings to do the annotation and to train models that can be used in production. Moreover, they have a very helpful and responsive team, which is priceless! Moreover, the annotation platform is very easy and intuitive to use.

What do you dislike about Datature?

Nothing much. The platform is growing and the bugs are being fixes and new features are rolled out every day.

Datature is helping us annotate our data in a very fast fashion. Moreover, using the annotated data , it helps us with training a model that can be used in production so that we can focus on the rest of the product.
