The customer Support is really good and they provide solutions to all the problems within 24 hours. The Fastdatamasker is used frequently and has a powerful masking engine which helps in masking both relational database and also non-relational database objects like JSON,XML file masking to obfuscate PII/PHI fields.

What do you dislike about CA Test Data Manager?

I would like to say there is nothing to dislike about the tool as it really helped us scale the product quality with its Test data management qualities with the tools like Datamaker, Fastdatamasker, GT Subset and Javelin automation tool.

I believe they can make UI better as user navigation can be made better. The another one which I feel that can be better is workflow configurations.. the cost could be reduced

There was not much of a thing in this amazing tool to dislike. But in my honest opinion, the UI can be made more intuitive for a better user experience. Apart from the UI point of view the features are amazing.

The CA Test Data Manager is helping me a lot to generate synthetic test data and resuing my existing data to generate test cases. It is also being used to create virtual copies of test data.
