What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I just love its 'Sources Links' feature. I'm a writer, i write different niche and digital marketing blogs. Most of the time I need to show examples and statistics, I just prompt Copilot, it shows me the latest stats with links as well as blog links where I can find those examples. Instead of scrolling different websites and looking for right stats and example, i just find them with one click.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I daily use Copilot however I dislike its policy. I have a client who sells 's*x' products, so when I prompt it, it reverts that it can't help with that

Not only this, it even sometimes doesn't respond to some drug-related queries. I completely understand the policies. But the user must be an adult, right? Or if not, Copliot should get the clarification or verify check on this when someone installs it by asking 18+ or below.

I love copilot due to its 'SOURCES LINKS' feature. When I write digital marketing blogs, I just prompt and find the statistics exactly on the topic I want, with the source, and attach to my blog. I prompt Copliot to suggest real-life examples of products and brands that I can use, it not only shows the examples but gives the sources too.

Now, I don't need to scroll down different blogs and read them to find statistics. Also, now it helps me generate images too, but it is not as good as CHATGPT in image creation. Although, we have designers in our team, but I prompt Copliot and GPT to create images as per my demand, and then I use it as a reference to show to designers.

What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like the most about this service is the easy of use, since it's very user friendly. The implementation gives me the chance to do my job faster and more interactive. I use it pretty much everyday and everyday I get a good experience since the amount of features are pretty amazing. The integration with other tools in Microsoft give the change to be more productive and even though the customer services is not that necessary you get the support you need when you requried it.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

What I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that I normally don't get the response as quick as I'd like however the information is pretty vast and useful, especially when using it on daily tasks.

What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We normally required some logistic information that required more explanation or more details at the moment of doing a particular task and we might not remember some codes required. We get the info required using Copilot.

I like that I can use it as integrated wityh my work - it is also easy to use, and its something I have started to use on a regular basis in my day to day life and work.

Overall - I have used Microsoft Copilot in a simple form to help rewrite emails and in a complex form of working on automation with macros in excel and power bi - since copilot is a microsoft tool these are integrated into these softwares which is an insane benefits if you do not have an explicit coding background and need to transform the data in power BI or write a query - or code for a macro!

What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Copilot reduces the mundane daily tasks, like writing the agenda for a meeting or summarising the outcome of virtual meetings. I use it every day. It helps research a subject with much more specific and targeted results than leaving it up to a search engine. Or kickstart a PowerPoint presentation to give me some prompter ideas when trying to write a document or report, but I can't work out how to start. Once you learn a bit about how to write good prompts it's very easy to use particularly when it's integrated into all of Office 365 tools and when it's part of your organisation and it has access to all internal documents.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

As with all AI, it's not perfect, it has some hallucinations and results can vary in accuracy or depth. The key is to learn how to write good prompts and be knowledgeable and experienced enough to know when the answer you're getting doesn't seem right and to double-check things.
