What do you like best about Infosys Nia?

They let me easily sync Nia with every other data source we have, including our marketing automation software and CRMs. This made it easier to gain as comprehensive a vantage point as possible when selecting data about our business.

Nia’s analysis capabilities seem to be underdeveloped. It is also a time-consuming and somewhat technical exercise to build custom reports. In my discovery part, I get to a point where I need to export my data and then use another BI tool.

The platform is highly scalable, felxible to the needs. It definitly helps to automate reperirive and mundane tasks with minimum of effort on autoimation. It can be integrated with 3rd party application which is a plus. I like UI which is good to use.

FIrstly its very expensive. You cant refer to your organization tht easily. Learning curve is more due to its complexity. Hence its requires skilled professions before use. AGain the you dont get much community support this toll compare to open source alternatives.

We are able to reduce the amount of time we spend manually resolving issues related to application support, minimize downtime by proactively identifying and resolving issues, and automate repetitive operations like user creation and access rights thanks to Infosys Nia.
