- The fact that we don't use English data is a little tricky, as Japanese doesn't consistently get appropriately recognized.

- Some few quality of life features could easily be added to improve the overall experience

They are solving many problems that directly impact our line of operations for our invoice recognition project!

- They fixed a bug that impacted Japanese language recognition (all characters were recognized as squares)

- They added a feature to annotate unlabeled text as "others" (which is a considerable time savior)

UBIAI has helped me power many of my annotations projects, from a diverse array of complexity.

This tool has several useful features which we used in one of the NLP applications, we imported data from multi-format documents like txt,CSV pdf and json which also had several geographical-based languages within pdfs data. ML models were easy to train, understand and auto annotate the documents. It makes a data scientist's life easy.

This is the tool that is not up to date with the advanced features to handle complex NLP applications and train them. The user interface of this application can also be improved by providing an attractive UI with several languages to the users.

What problems is UBIAI Text Annotation Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used this tool to get insights into the customer feedback data to extract the key notes within the documents to get an idea about customer sentiments, it was very useful for named entity recognization and relation extraction, data labeling is very easy and provides support to train and test the models.
