What do you dislike about Keymakr?

The one thing I have often seen missing in Keylab ( not keymakr, but the product they offer to some of their B2B customers) is that the users cannot change password on their own.

What problems is Keymakr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data labeling is still a bit of a challenge in the computer vision world. Even with tools like SAM2, there’s often still a need for manual work. Companies like Keymakr are really stepping up by combining human creativity with the latest tech to improve the process. Plus, they offer a bunch of APIs that work with different internal apps and help you follow company-wide policies. Their privacy policies are also top-notch.

What do you dislike about Keymakr?

I am yet to use their self-service platforms for annoation, so know that my comments are limited.

For a customized collection/annotation work, it won't be a completely hands-off delivery. You will need to dedicate frequent feedback sessions, so that your project advances as expected. That being said, there has been no red flags in our collaboration .

What problems is Keymakr solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have an AI-driven product which requires data samples to benchmark its performance numbers. Good quality datasets for these testing purposes don't come by so easily, and those with good content might miss annotations. That's where Keymakr's work helps my business.

What do you like best about Keymakr?

Keymakr was able to provide us with the necessary data and annotations, their willing to provide you with good data quality consists in contigously check with the client their needs, and expecially meet their final expectations. Great work

Few misunderstanding on data annotations, but great comeback to provide the client with their expected product. Approved.

What do you like best about Keymakr?

We have commissioned Keymakr with the annotation of image data.

Keymakr offered us a pilot study in advance, in which we were able to assess the working method and quality of the annotation based on a small data set before committing to the overall project.

We were able to work closely with Keymakr on both the pilot study and the subsequent project and could observe the work via the web interface, which displayed each image with the annotations and allowed for comments regarding each image or individual annotations. Keymakr was open to setting milestones in the project where we could evaluate the work and give feedback on adjustments to the annotation. Throughout the project, Keymakr was very concerned about the quality of the work and actively requested feedback, which was always well received and quickly implemented; adjustments were also immediately visible in the subsequently annotated data.

Overall, the collaboration with Keymakr was smooth and very cooperative and the exchange via Slack was quick, so that satisfactory results were achieved at a fair price.

What do you dislike about Keymakr?

In the web interface, the bounding boxes of the annotations cannot be completely hidden, which meant that the images behind them were no longer clearly visible and it was not always easy to evaluate the annotation. In addition, the web interface is sometimes a little slow. However, these points of criticism are marginal.

What do you like best about Keymakr?

I've found Keymakr to be professional, helpful, and extremely good at what they do. We've used them for image generation and image annotation so far, and they've done a really good job at both.

Their annotators asked good questions about the annotation guidelines, checked in with us daily so we could make sure their work was aligned with what we were looking for, and delivered the work quickly and on budget.

They're also transparent about their process when something doesn't work, e.g. we asked them to work on something that turned out to be impossible, but they went above and beyond to try to make it work out and kept us informed the whole way).

I particularly like that they'll do a free pilot before starting a new project; that way both sides can dial in on exactly what the task is and what will work.

Nothing so far! Very pleased with everything they've done.

What problems is Keymakr solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a cybersecurity company that trains and deploys AI models as part of our work. We use Keymakr to annotate our training data with additional labels, which helps us to refine our train/test sets and improve the quality of our models.
