What do you like best about Xenioo?

Xenioo has more than one feature that I like; its ability to easily visualize and adjust in real time the paths the bot takes based on user input, facilitates optimization ensuring a seamless user experience. And while I'm no NLP expert, the NLP engine is intuitive and minimal knowledge is enough to train the bots to interpret and respond consistently to our users' questions.

What do you dislike about Xenioo?

It's not a platform that can be mastered in a couple of days, and to get the most out of it some patience is needed. That said, Xenioo becomes a very powerful and adaptable platform.

What problems is Xenioo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xenioo offers scalable chatbots in various channels (both digital portals and social networks) that help improve not only the quality of care in digital interaction, but also the management of a higher volume of queries, in our case, with students and academic staff.

Its graphical user interface is simple to use. Drag and drop system makes it incredibly easy to design conversation flows, which not only expedites creation but also enables rapid iteration and testing of various conversational strategies. It has good multi-channel support, we can deploy our chatbots on various platforms such as our website, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.

Even if the software is feature-rich and powerful, Xenioo might improve the offering by providing more affordable options for smaller businesses who may really benefit from this technology.

What problems is Xenioo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our procedures now run more smoothly thanks to Xenioo, which has also made better HRM possible. After putting our chatbots into use, we have noticed a 30% reduction in the amount of time spent on customer support.

There are times when I feel like the documentation for the more sophisticated aspects might use some more work. I have occasionally found myself searching for further information that is not always readily apparent in the current documentation, particularly when investigating advanced integration options
