What do you dislike about WotNot?

Using WotNot for over a year now we have not encountered any issues thata could not be fixed by sending a short support ticket request.

What problems is WotNot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Handling large amouts of tickets in support and filtering request based on it's input as well as answeing a majority of the automatically

What do you like best about WotNot?

I'm a developer and the way WotNot's easy to use interface works is very impressive. The ease of implementation and integration by just copying and pasting some simple html is nice.

One of the features I really like is the way you can train the AI model. Just adding URLs and off it goes to learn. Also their customer support and videos has been very helpful.

I look forward to presenting this solution to my upper management. I see lots of potential in how it can assist us with our high volume of customers.

What do you dislike about WotNot?

I really haven't seen any downside yet. This product was designed very well and intuitive.

What problems is WotNot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a government agency that deals with the public. We have a high volume of calls but little personel to deal with the volume. The ChatBots gives us a great way to offer level 1 support to the high volume of people we serve.

What do you like best about WotNot?

I’m a Senior Content Designer consulting for some of the largest companies on the planet. I’ve been going through the AI learning curve on various projects checking out a variety of chatbot platforms. My goal was to have a few to recommend to the companies that I work at and to expand my new skills in conversation design.

So far, WotNot stands out from the pack. You can start with their BotBuilder by modifying a template and learning their platform in real-time with their test button. Unlike other platforms, you can work through a variety of user journeys and focus on the conversational design without being distracted by an overly complex platform.

When you’re ready to put the working chatbot on your website, you simply install one line of code under the body tag. From there, you can keep making updates to the content and flows of the chatbot on the WotNot dashboard, without updating the code on your website.

There are many features with calendars, team selections, and human handoffs. WotNot also integrates directly into Google, WhatsApp and Slack. I will be exploring their AI Studio with a ChatGPT integration next.

What do you dislike about WotNot?

I think the the pricing structure could be improved so that developers can try more features in the free or lower cost version.

While WotNot has been an excellent choice, there's always room for improvement. The platform could benefit from more template options for a broader range of use cases.

What do you like best about WotNot?

Up and running with a usable Chatbot within hours. The AI Studio makes training new documents a ease. Deploying changes is instantaneous. Support staff is top notch.

What do you dislike about WotNot?

It would be helpful to have change logging and rollback capabilities when single bot is administered by more than one person.

Internal employee questions are answered without the need to involve additionl staff.
