What do you like best about SnatchBot?

SnatchBot helps our visitors to find quickly what they need. The Chatbot helps us also to better understand and learn the experiences of our users.

What do you dislike about SnatchBot?

In case you are a free user you could get support just from the community the team provides support only to Pro users.

What problems is SnatchBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our virtual assistant automate and streamline the customer journey on digital and voice-based channels. This allows improvement customer acquisition, reduction of churn, and increased revenues per user.

What do you like best about SnatchBot?

The software is easy to use and setup. It doesn't require any coding knowledge, and the primary interface is free. The platform blends well with other apps seamlessly, giving you multi-layered options.

What do you dislike about SnatchBot?

For the first time users it looks quite confusing but as we go in detail, all gets cleared and get habitual of this chatbot platform.

It help me connect others in a better way in the organization, help connects accounts easily and more.

What do you like best about SnatchBot?

We can operate more efficiently after using this fantastic bot platform. Communication has improved, overhead costs have reduced, and business is definitely better. It's a great tool and a must-have for your business. We deploy our bot on WhatsApp and Messenger.

What do you dislike about SnatchBot?

All good, stuck into some problem in its operation in the beginning, but now it is fine working with the chatbot platform.

What do you like best about SnatchBot?

My first bot with SnatchBot was made for ecommerce, to accept payments for my freelance business. My second bot helps me target new customers on Facebook. By adding email notifications I was able to develop a way to get leads from people that start interacting with the chatbot and want more information into my services. This way the consumer comes to me instead of the other way around, and I never have to feel like I’m spamming anyone. Snatchbot’s deep analytics is really insightful, particularly with the “cart abandoners” (the customers that get to payment and then leave). With two simple bots I have more customers, more time, and I’m learning way more about what the users want.

What do you dislike about SnatchBot?

I think they should implement other payment systems, because PayPal is a great way to pay but not everyone has one account there or maybe it's more easy straight paying with a creditcar. I think they should amply that possibilities and much more people would want to start a trial in the software.

Recommendations to others considering SnatchBot:

I recommend SnatchBot to companies that need a more specific and personal way to stay in touch with clients and customers without wasting money and time on difficult and expensive connection programs. This software has all you need, is easy, is cheap, it has exceptional communication tools and everybody would be able to use it.

What problems is SnatchBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

When working with food products, direct contact with customers is totally important because of the competition that exists in the field, having us to be closer with customers to incorporate all their suggestions and correct problems that may be happening. That said, SnatchBot is the popular communication platform in the company, I can easily set up several chatbots that I can also connect to different social media, achieving more reach and greater versatility when communicating directly with customers

What do you like best about SnatchBot?

I don’t know how SnatchBot can offer what they offer for free. They’ve built a platform that doesn’t really have any limitations on what kind of bots you can make. At first I thought this might be a “pay to play” sort of deat, but their features and integrations are all free to use, no matter how many chatbots you create or how many users you have. I integrated my bots with Skype, Twilio, Messenger, and Webchat and they all work great. Five stars.

What do you dislike about SnatchBot?

i have not faced any issues with this software till now.Best tool to communicate.

SnatchBot has benefited the company, having enabled and opened a channel trough which can get in direct contact with our customers, making them feel part of the company since their opinion is important to keep us innovative and correct errors, managing to compete and excel in a field as broad as the food markets.
