What do you like best about QuickCEP?

Quick cep is a 100% AI based software which integrates all the details of social platforms into a single channel and creates a chatbot which helps in interacting with our client in a single go it also helps in uniting all the conversations that happened in different social platform into one and save a lot of time and efforts in getting the exact conversation details that we used to one by one earlier.

What do you dislike about QuickCEP?

The main challenge that I face while using quickCEP is that it takes a lot of time in integrating this tool with all of the other social platforms like Instagram, email, whatsApp etc. Also the cost of integration is very much higher than any other chatbot what is available in the market. The main challenge that I face is data privacy because it is very difficult to trust on their servers as we share our most important customer data chats with them.

What problems is QuickCEP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every business need an automattic chatbot for their business and quickCEP is AI based platform which makes this process much quicker and easier. You only need to check the dashboard and you will get all the data of interactions that has happened with your customers within last week or months. The quality of data is easy to understand and useful for taking long term business decisions.

What do you like best about QuickCEP?

We have been using quickCEP from more than a year now and the interesting part of this tool is that our manpower involved for customers support has been reduced by more than 78% and it converted customer support fully automated. The most useful feature of this tool is that it can easily be integrated with all the commonly used social media platforms like fb and Instagram for chats.

What do you dislike about QuickCEP?

The quality of answer that it provides to our customers through its chatbots are similar and limited it faces lots of challenges when some of our old customers asks long questions and needs proper and brief answer according to their questions and needs.

What problems is QuickCEP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier we had heavy costing in managing all the expenses and team of our operational services but after installing quickCEP. It is quite easy for us to take care of everything by avoiding extra expanses happening in the management and train the left team with simple and easy interface.

I want to express our appreciation for QuickCEP, which has greatly enhanced our company's operational efficiency. The platform's intuitive design, smooth operation, and comprehensive functionality have made it easy for our team to get started. The integration of consulting channel ports has allowed us to address customer issues more effectively and provided valuable insights through data analysis.

Quickcep has greatly facilitated my business efficiency and I saw conversion results in a short time.

The downside is, why didn't I find quickcep earlier? They don't have any ads.

I use Quickcep's AI chatbot, which integrates automatic marketing and consumer data middleware. The previous customer service tools could not integrate multi-channel customer communication and calls, resulting in customer service staff having to frequently switch systems and low work efficiency.

QuickCEP always meets all my customer service needs for my Shopify store. What I love most is their CDP, which tracks consumer behavior on my website. I can see which products my customers browse the most and how long they spend on each. This data helps me optimize my website layout effectively.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I hope for more discount promotions.

What I love most is their CDP and marketing automation. I can categorize my customers into groups like new customers, abandoned cart customers, repeat customers, and so on. For each group, I can send tailored pop-ups or holiday marketing emails. QuickCEP truly meets my need for personalized customer service.

I hope they can add more feature explanations, so that my team members can better understand.
