We observed a significant reduction in process delays issues which came in the form of lengthy and complex data analysis carried out manually by a team of data experts. What Phrazor has managed to do is make data understanding extremely easy for us by generating automated insights from complex data in simple language. Phrazor’s AI capabilities also made it possible to detect underlying data trends which improved our quality and speed of strategic decision-making.

What do you like best about Phrazor by vPhrase?

It’s fast, convenient, and result-oriented. The time taken from data navigation to decision implementation has reduced significantly. Time equals money, in my estimation. When I speak about convenience, I mean the add-on insights by Phrazor on my visual dashboard, which is phenomenal for me because I get to make sense of my dashboard, without any help from the IT team. To get the presentation prepared by the technology team, and having to take their assistance in further decoding the presentation was a daunting task for me. Finally, my decisions are based on a deeper understanding of the data owing to Phrazor’s auto-generated insights.

What do you dislike about Phrazor by vPhrase?

I would like to see more connectors to import data into Phrazor. Also an increase in the number of parameters that can be selected in the GA connector view would be great.

Digital marketing analysis uses a lot of visual representations in summarizing periodic updates. When Phrazor’s written insights accompany these visualizations, it is much easier for us to invest our time in deciding the next courses of action instead of mulling over what the data is trying to convey.This helps us calculate the ROI on our marketing efforts too.

I want drill-down options so I can explore specific areas of interest further. I understand the feature is released; yet to try it.

Additional table customization options will certainly help us in report creation. We would also prefer language variation capability to keep our presentation engaging.
