What do you like best about Octane AI?

Easy to set up and understand the working on the apps is the true reason why we used Octane Ai. Ability to redirect the flow by having interactive quiz let us focus on the real customers and help us convert into sales.

What do you dislike about Octane AI?

From design perspective, we should be able to add our custom designs and play around with it. I feel there is some limiatation in terms of landing page etc

What problems is Octane AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We deal with leads on daily basis and we needed something interactive to get the real customers from all the leads. Features like quiz really helped us get this useful for our organization.

I was clearly able to identify customers, who enjoyed the fact that they had an opportunity to move from section to section in the site, and the time spent on the site had increased. This increased immersion equated to the collection of more information, especially in terms of better product targeting.

Octane AI lacks in the effective integration of important and relevant customer information across the applications. While exporting insights for use in our marketing automation software proved challenging. This disconnection also minimized the capacity to target email more specifically.
