What do you like best about NewOaks AI?

It is a refreshing, no bullshit AI chatbot! I tested it with a basic prompt, and then an advanced prompt and the bot adjusted real fast! It's a bot on steroids!

It comes with integrations right out of the hood! It's fast, the UI is awesome and user friendly! The bot set up is a breeze - set it up in 10 seconds! Ray has been super in engaging with feedback over mail, zoom or even on some groups! I love the voice assistant feature! Overall, it's a well rounded, very well thought out platform that absolutely is a bang for the buck! I have tried it and tested it with some of our kids, and we plan to use it much much more frequently in the coming weeks after we've trained it with enough data!

What do you dislike about NewOaks AI?

I would really love to see monthly credits with an option to top up at an additional fee if we run out!

What problems is NewOaks AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

New oaks has streamlined our education services where we can train the bot on specific subject areas, and students can review core concepts and get suggestions of topics and practice questions to accelerate their learning in class! We want to drive a hyper experiential real-time curriculum delivery system that optimises student learning outcomes! New Oaks is our perfect companion in our learning journey!

PS: We coach kids to crack some competitive exams such as the SAT, GMAT etc. It's doing a great job in solving questions, extracting registration details etc from the training data

What do you like best about NewOaks AI?

Newoaks is an evolving platform with its share of challenges as it evolves to be the powerhouse platform it is in the mainstream. As such, the level of support available, quality of information provided, and speed with which problems are resolved is critical.

As we work to incorporate Newoaks into our business operations, this support is one of teh key attribute which led us to select Newoaks. As you can see from many of the other reviews, the platform is very comprehensive and easy to use. The level of integration, API and webhooks available make connecting bots to other systems very easy.

I look forward to being very successful as a result of the platform provided by Newoaks.

What do you dislike about NewOaks AI?

The platform is new, comprehensive, and solves myriad problems in very elegant ways. As such, learning how to leverage all of the capabilities has a bit of a learning curve. Since the platform is new and evolving rapidly, documentation and training lags the capabilities a bit.

It is this learning curve I expect to see diminish over time as the platform matures.

What problems is NewOaks AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our agency helps B2C organizations employ and support the benefits of AI chatbots for sales and support purposes. The flexibility and sophistication of the Newoaks platform allows us to provide these capabilities within a single platform.

What do you like best about NewOaks AI?

NewOaks AI is a unique Chatbot creator because it uses AI for the ChatBot you create to interact with your website visitors, customers, and potential customers.

They initially have been targetting the use case of people being able to book appointments and meetings using NewOaks ChatBot. However, the use cases are many more. For example, I am more interested in and use it for answering questions that my website visitors have and my online courses students.

The NewOaks AI Chatbot is trained by "feeding" it several types of sources including website URLs, pages, and posts; text file input, and breaking up "training text" for fomatted, proper, and more concise response by the bot you build.

NewOaks AI allows one to use several AI models including OpenAI and Claude per bot or per workspace basis.

They have a few integrations with Google, Twilio, and Facebook, and will be adding as appropriate going forward.

Their White-Label feature is super good for agencies.

Customer support quickly responds. Building chatbots is super easy.

What do you dislike about NewOaks AI?

There's not much to dislike per se. They are developing extremely fast and have developed a lot since their initial launch. This is really critical for their success in this niche. The founder listens to their customers and potential customers and acts extremely fast tirelessly!

What problems is NewOaks AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

NewOaks AI helps me create chatbots that can respond to questions from my customers, potential customers, and online course students. It's saving me a ton of time becuase I don't have to create questions and answers manually, although that's an option as well in case I needed it for some reason.

What do you like best about NewOaks AI?

Listen, I was skeptical at first. AI chatbot? Sounded like something out of a sci-fi movie. But let me tell you, NewOaks AI isn't just some gimmick. It' changed how I handle customer service and lead generation on my website.

24/7 Support: This thing is always "on," answering questions and booking appointments even while I'm sleeping

Lead Capture: It's like having a little sales assistant who never takes a break. It chats with visitors, gathers their info, and even nudges them to book appointments.

Easy to Train: You don't need to be a tech genius to use this. One click, and it starts learning from your website and documents.

What do you dislike about NewOaks AI?

Honestly, not much. But if I had to nitpick:

Customization: It would be cool to have more options to personalize the chatbot's appearance.

Learning Curve: While it's easy to get started, mastering all the features might take a bit of time. But hey, that's what their support team is for!

What problems is NewOaks AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to spend so much time answering customer questions and scheduling appointments, it was eating into my personal time and preventing my business from growing. NewOaks AI takes care of all of that automatically, freeing up my time to focus on other important tasks.

Easy to use with custom prompts support, setting up AI chatbots with Newoaks is a matter of minutes.

Although the platform's functionality works well, the UI of the platform can be improved.

The bot responses are great and they have multiple models to choose from as per the need and we can train the bots from multiple resources which makes it even more perfect. I personally find it the right AI chatbot solution that covers two basic needs for my business lead collection & more conversion from frontend website as a sales bot & instant AI support to existing customers as a support bot.
