Bot training time for new inceremental content, which is a common challenge for all virtual assistants.

What problems is MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

MeBeBot provides 24/7 HR and IT first line support assistance, helping employees get on-demand help, outside of standard business hours or if they are in remore locations without corporate presence. MeBeBot also helps IT to reduce the ticket load on the team and potentially reduces the need for additional headcount.

What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

It's a major time-saver, allowing employees to get on-demand help 24/7. This is critical in a remote, distributed environment with a lean HR team and a workforce that spans every U.S. timezone. It's also very easy to administer.

What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

Although it is certainly possible to train the bot, I do wish the question bank could be customized.

What problems is MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's been wonderful for ensuring employees receive the help they need with FAQs no matter how lean or occupied our HR team is and no matter the time of day. It also allows our team to schedule push messages and pulse questions ahead of time, which helps us be more proactive and efficient with our time and unpredictable schedules.

What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

MeBeBot, similar to an HRtalkbot, is an AI Intelligent Assistant that enhances the employee experience by providing instant answers to questions. MeBeBot can understand and respond to various employee inquiries, from HR-related queries to general information about company policies, procedures, benefits, and more. Its 24/7 availability ensures that employees can access support and information whenever needed, leading to a more streamlined and effective work environment.

I found MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant as a revolutionary utility and I got no complaints.

What problems is MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

By providing a seamless and efficient way to access information and support, MeBeBot contributed to overall productivity within our organization. Our Employees could focus on their core tasks and responsibilities, knowing they have a reliable resource to turn to whenever they have questions or need assistance. It provided a valuable resource for employees to access information quickly and efficiently, contributing to a more productive and connected workforce.

What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

MeBeBot has been a game changer for our People Ops team. From onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, it was becoming increasingly more difficult with our distributed workforce in the U.S. and Germany to provide employees with consistent answers to their questions in a timely fashion.

In just 5 months, MeBeBot was able to serve up answers to 2,202 questions resulting in approximately 367 hours saved! In particular, Care.com has a relatively robust benefits package that can make it challenging for employees to fully absorb and understand all of the Total Rewards options available to them. Questions regarding Benefits make up approximately half of the questions being answered! Since adopting the MeBeBot solution, employees have been more empowered to understand their options and be better able to make decisions to suit the particular needs of themselves and their families. It's definitely a win-win solution!

What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

I would love to see the survey functionality become a little more sophisticated; however, it's a new feature for MeBeBot. I have no doubt they will consider customer feedback and continue improving just as they have been all along in the short time we have been using the solution.

What problems is MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Slack is our most used communication tool, so it makes sense for employees to have those answers available to them where they are working. The Push Messages have significantly helped with our communication strategies (again, meeting employees where they are) with the necessary information and ability to tailor to specific audiences.

What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

So many things!!! 1) The library of questions and answers that are easy to enable! We enabled more than 80% of the questions for 30 countries within a 6-week implementation. 2) The feedback from answers that employees find do not meet their needs is easy and quick to update so that the next employee can get a better solution. 3) The working relationship with recurring check-ins from MeBeBot to make sure we are informed of new developments, solving problems, and listening to our feedback is like no other...truly superb!

What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

MeBeBot is constantly evolving and rolling out enhancements every month so overall, we are pretty happy. The MeBeBot team is genuinely interested in receiving customer input so they can continue expanding its offerings and support.

What problems is MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employees are utilizing 24/7 self-service to find answers to their HR, Benefits, IT, facilities, and more questions! It frees up time for the employee asking the question and the teams that would ordinarily answer so they can focus on other strategic tasks to support the business.
