What do you like best about Chatling?

I write books about real adventures with AI as companions. My first book was about sailing 5000 miles in four and a half months in a 32' sailboat. My second book was about going to Burning Man. My third book will be about racing gliders with a Chatbot co-pilot. As I write my books they become my knowledge base and they build on themselves in very unique ways.

What do you dislike about Chatling?

I'm not a coder or a programmer but the Chatling interface is reasonable for a novice to use. Still a bit of a challenge but doable.

What problems is Chatling solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I create different Chatbots and get experience with how they interact to the knowledge base, I've learned a lot about LLMs and the different engines taht are available. I may use this knowledge to help businesses create their own deep knowledge Chatbot to help technical sales people quickly answer application questions.

What do you like best about Chatling?

Chatling is extremely intuitive. I've been able to quickly create pretty complex chatbots without any coding knowledge. I can easily build a visual map of my chatbot's conversation that integrates videos, sends emails, saves variables from the conversation, and creates conditional pathways and loops. Each account allows you to build multiple chatbots and you can test them as you build with the "preview" function. Chatling also makes it easy to go back and review conversations and sort by how helpful an AI response was.

What do you dislike about Chatling?

New features are always being added, but some I would like to see are: 1. Better integration with Zapier (being able to map specific variable values to a spreadsheet, for example), 2. Ability to copy knowledge base between chatbots

What problems is Chatling solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a large online course that can be overwhelming for my clients. My chatbot allows them to access the material that is most helpful for them.

What do you like best about Chatling?

Chatling is easy for a novice to use with its drag and drop builder interface. I work with it almost every day and here is what I like.

1. KNOWLEDGE BASE: It supports your own Knowledge Base. It is simple to upload an entire website, dozens of individual webpages, documents, text, and FAQs. The storage limit is very generous.

2. WEBSITE INTEGRATION: It is easy to implement on your website and its webpage appearance is customizable with many options.

3. AI MODELS: You can choose from several AI models. You can even build two or more chatbots, each with its own model for testing.

4. LANGUAGES: You can set the bot to answer user questions in over 80 languages or a specific language.

5. FINE-TUNE ANSWERS: You can view users' conversations with the bot. If an answer is weak, it is easy to fine-tune the answer so that bot answers correctly the next time. Great feature.

6. SUPERIOR TECH STACK: I don't know what the tech stack is under the hood, but it seems to me that the web scraper, RAG app, vector database, and whatever else Chatling uses, is far superior to other chatbot builders, producing superior responses.

7. VERY AFFORDABLE: For all that, Chatling is very reasonably priced. Other platforms with fewer features and flexibility are much more expensive.

8. SUPPORT: Support is quick and excellent. Plus, they are constantly improving the platform and adding new features.

I have tried building a chatbot from the ground up and tried dozens of no-code platforms .Chatling is the very best by a long shot. No contest.

What do you dislike about Chatling?

I have found nothing to dislike. It is an amazing app.

What problems is Chatling solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a chatbot to answer technical questions about classical guitar technique for my website. The knowledge base contains technical, highly specific information that the chatbot must be able to assimiliate to give users accurate answers. This is the only chatbot specifically for classical guitar, so it raises my business profile and drives users to my website for other purchases.

What do you like best about Chatling?

1) The freedom to do what you want with your chatbot 2) It works very well, very easy to program, to implement, and simple to learn 3) It is in a process of continuous improvement and adding more and more features of premium products. I can't imagine where it will go, but it's exciting! 4) More sales!! and LESS silly inquiries that took up a lot of my time. Chatling filters the leads for me in a neat and excellent way.

What do you dislike about Chatling?

That it still hasn't developed the possibility of notifying me (by email or any other method) that a client has logged in and started a chat session. I have to enter and check among the conversations. (I understand that it's a feature that is in development)

What problems is Chatling solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can deliver information much faster and in an automated way, a process that used to take me hours of the day. Now I can focus on closing sales with those interested and committed clients who chat with the bot and leave their details to continue with a human.

What do you like best about Chatling?

Easy to set up knowledge bases, easy to use, and easy to integrate into our website,. The features are perfect and Chatling adds value to our client support.

What do you dislike about Chatling?

There is nothing I don't like about Chatling.

What problems is Chatling solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to email new subscribers how-to videos that walked them through using our software. However, the emails would get lost and the users would get in touch asking questions already answered. With our chatbots, users can ask their questions and receive immediate, up-to-date answers. This has saved us a lot of time and has added value to our user experience.
