What do you like best about Chatbit?

Its very powerful tool developed by OpenAI which can be easily integrated with websites.

Users/developers can provide sources of information to the bot in form of urls to their site, pdf, word, QnA and text.

No need to code as its a pre-built model. We can also select the type of model like precise, focused, imaginative, creative etc., which we want to use. There is also a base prompt which allows users to add the responses of the bot like greetings, style etc.

Its very easy to setup. Enables user to set visibility to public or private.

One of the most interesting feature is that it stores chat logs, which we can export and do further analysis.

We can also set automatic notification in case the chat limit is exceeded.

What do you dislike about Chatbit?

It takes lot of time when I upload files greater than 1 mb as a datasource for information.

When I try to upload a pdf or a word file as source of information, it automatically cancels the upload. It grasps easily from text files, however from QnA and pdf, it stuggles a bit. Model needs more training to improve its accuracy as its sometimes repetitive and deviates from the actual question.

Its ability to extract information from the provided sources proves very helpful for businesses if they want customer chat support for their site. Highly efficient, reliable and intelligent tool which can be customized and added to any website.

While Chatbit offers tailored AI chatbots, the level of customization may be somewhat restricted compared to fully customizable solutions. Businesses with highly specific branding requirements or unique customer needs may find the customization options lacking.

What problems is Chatbit solving and how is that benefiting you?

It offers to me a reduced response time, It can instantly respond to customer inquiries and provide real-time assistance, significantly reducing response times compared to traditional email or phone support. This enhances customer satisfaction and minimizes the risk of visitors abandoning the website due to long wait times.

What do you like best about Chatbit?

As I only have to partially manage the interactions of the chatbot, it liberates me from time limits and shrinks my expenses. Being able to use 24/7 AI Chatbot, customers can now answer their simple questions themselves without needed to contact support one-on-one. They are able, hence, to concentrate on more troubling issues, also deliver individualized help.

What do you dislike about Chatbit?

One of the difficulties I found with Chatbot was the learning curve for setup and training of the AI. Compared to other interfaces, however, this one is user-oriented and might need some initial funding to make sure it understands my brand vocabulary and is able to respond to any customer queries the same way as I do.

Chatbot serves me as a great helper of my servicing practice. Thus my team capability can be improved by assisting them with basic inquiries, which would give them an opportunity to use their expertise over much more complex customer interactions. This results in improved level of customer satisfaction and more efficient functioning of the organization; thus, setting the stage for its prosperity.

The Automated replies based on what data i feed the bot is best thing.

What do you dislike about Chatbit?

I am still reviewing the chatbit. this might be too early to say what i dislike about chatbit.

one thing i noticed the slow replies but there might be many factors who affect the replies.

Quick replies to the website visitors is one thing that solves chatbit.

It gives the info about the website to user.

when you feed the chatbot with data it surely remember and based on question it prompts the information to the user

Chatbit is the tool used for making ur own chatbots , do analytics and customization . its user interface is very simple , we can easily do analytics , it provides simplest solutions for even complex probles,easy to implement and initigrate , it provides very good customer support,I frequently use this, Recommended for everyone !
