What do you like best about TextCortex?

Using ZenoChat for the first time felt like talking to the computer in a Sci-Fi movie type of way; being able to combine different personas and LLMs is thrilling, but the most mind-blowing thing was how good this tool is at taking a bunch of instruction and example documents I fed it and using them as a baseline to come up with new content for me.

This changes everything. It changes my day job as a copywriter. If I could go back to Uni, it would change the way I study and prepare my notes. This should set standards in the months and years to come. The knowledge base and persona features are truly ahead of the curve.

Since I've also worked as a Copy Editor for a while, I appreciate having a new set of copy to start with and then editing it according to my own preferences. This will always be easier than staring at a blank page and coming up with 10 near-identical yet purposefully unique sets of something!

What do you dislike about TextCortex?

The new ZenoChat interface is a bit too minimal; not quite as perfect as the old one. But keep striving; I see you!

What problems is TextCortex solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a copywriter focused on product texts, I had the feeling that I have my own internal formula for these things anyway. TextCortex will ideally help me analyze my own content and build new one on it with less effort.

The collaborative features are a game-changer - my team can access our shared knowledge base and build on each other's work. I'm particularly impressed with its ability to translate and adapt content while keeping the professional tone consistent. The search function is super intuitive; I can quickly pull up past projects and repurpose content, which has saved me countless hours.

What do you dislike about TextCortex?

While the platform is powerful, the learning curve was a bit steep for me at first. I had to spend some time understanding all the features and how to best use them for my workflow. Also, when working on very industry-specific content, sometimes the automated suggestions need quite a bit of tweaking to match our exact brand voice. The RFP analysis feature is helpful, but occasionally misses some nuanced requirements that need human review. I wish they had more industry-specific templates to choose from, especially for niche markets.

What problems is TextCortex solving and how is that benefiting you?

TextCortex has honestly been a lifesaver for several pain points in my daily work routine. First off, it's eliminated that dreaded "blank page syndrome" when I need to write something from scratch. Instead of staring at my screen for 20 minutes, I can input a basic idea and get a solid starting point to work with.

The biggest game-changer for me has been how it streamlines our team's research and documentation process. Before, we'd spend hours digging through old projects and piecing together information from different sources. Now, with the search and knowledge base features, we can quickly find relevant info from past projects and build on it. This has probably cut our research time in half.

The multi-language capability has also solved a major headache for our international communications. We used to rely on a mix of translation services and native speakers for different markets, which was expensive and time-consuming. TextCortex helps us draft and translate content while maintaining a professional tone across languages, which has made our global outreach much more efficient.

For our sales team, it's been particularly helpful with lead generation. The same goes for market research reports - what used to take days can now be drafted in hours, giving us more time to focus on analysis and strategy.
